Meeting

What would happen when the horse met the Pegasus? The earthly meeting the celestial. The grounded meeting the sublime. The mundane meeting the enchanted. The corporeal meeting the ethereal.

Would the horse learn to fly?
My daughter left these two on our kitchen table, set up just like this yesterday. I loved that their faces were almost touching in this gentle moment. It made me stop and think, about things big, and small.

They remind me of some friends I haven't seen since I was a little girl....

Neeeigh! Well, that was my best attempt at a horse whinny. I would be interested to know how this story turns out. It's a good question you pose. I think they can still work something out though, even if the horse doesn't get his wings. I'm reading ahead a bit and assuming this story will have a love interest.

I somehow missed this post from over a year ago... but it resonates with me a lot... ONe of Nyjah's favorite animals is the horse, and of course the unicorn and pegasus... so seeing them placed there by Crys makes me smile. I love your latest post of her clutching her baby doll by the street too... Reminds me of Nyjah again! xxx
