paul and i got married in fuerteventura, canary islands, where i grew up. it was a romantic and fun wedding - the priest said it was the best he ever had even though he couldn't understand the readings and songs that were in german and english. and some of our friends and family couldn't understand him because he only spoke spanish. in the end the bride was the only person there who spoke all three languages and had to translate everything - what fun!
